As many of you know, PCQN has been working diligently with our partners – the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) at Mt. Sinai, National Palliative Care Research Center (NPCRC), the Global Palliative Care Quality Alliance (GPCQA) at Duke, and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM) – to unite our registries and establish the Palliative Care Quality Collaborative (PCQC). The PCQC will be a new non-profit organization, home of a new national palliative care data registry system that will capture both program and patient-level quality data. The goal is to have the new system operational in 2020.
During this webinar, we will provide an update to the PCQC transition and anticipated next steps for the upcoming year 2020. This is great time for PCQN members to ask PCQN staff any questions you might have about the transition. We hope you can join! If you have any questions about the transition in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to [email protected]
